Ingredients: (makes approx 1 quart)10 � oz Body Ecology Young Thai Coconut Water10 oz package Body Ecology Young Thai Coconut Meat10 oz puri�ed water2.5 oz organic raw coconut oil (warm until liquid)
Combine ingredients in blender on high speed for 20 seconds (Vitamix or other high speed blender works the best). Put in jar or bottle with tight �tting top. Use desired amount. Store remainder in refrigerator. Use within 3 days. For longer storage store in freezer.
Base may be cultured using Body Ecology Ke�r and or Veggie Culture Starters. Instructions: Warm smoothie base slightly. Mix in one packet of starter. Cap
tightly. Incubate for 24 to 48 hours at room temperature. Be careful opening as contents tend to expand. Store in refrigerator. Use within 2 weeks. Use 2 oz or more per day as an amazing health tonic / fermented smoothie base.
