Provide details regarding actions, services and expenditures to support pupil outcomes and performance for all students and target groups.

Purpose of Title I:

• To ensure that all children have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach proficiency on the Common Core State Standards and assessment.

• To provide funding to meet the educational needs of low-achieving students enrolled in the highest poverty schools.

• Services to support early literacy through the Better Beginnings Preschool program

• Services to assist in diagnosis, teaching and learning in the classroom in ways that best enable low-achieving children in meeting Common Core State Standards through intervention
