Williams complaint dated October 18, 201 1 to the Board of Fire Commissioners alleging that 238 parcels were not in compliance with brush clearance requirements. Brush Clearance Inspectors used approximately 98 hours of staff time to conduct inspections of the 238 parcels, and found the following: 183 parcels were in compliance. 5 parcels were in the process of being contracted out for clearance. 21 parcels were not inspected initially and were not in compliance. These parcels have been issued a Notice to Comply. 54 parcels showed signs of re-growth. These parcels were previously in compliance. These parcels will be issued a notice of violation to comply.
