•Weekly Meetings for Roof and Boiler this past month•Flat roof work is substantially complete•New shingle roof is complete•Slate roof installation is substantially complete•Cupola is currently being renovated •Concrete caps are being wrapped•As noted on 8/12 - metal work, trim, cupola and gutter systems installation to extend into September•Architect confirmed lightening protection is not required

Project Summary

Phase 1 – Boiler Replacement - Surety Mechanical

•Construction Meetings have been held weekly this month•Contractor mobilized on Job Site July 2, 2015•Boiler Demo complete July 7, 2015•New Boilers arrived on site and could not physically be moved into building•Team recommended and District authorized $15,000 change order to demo Bilco door opening, excavate and expand opening and floor slab as necessary to install boiler, extend footing, reconstruct retaining wall and provide larger Bilco as well as a new hot water heater•Additional work to be deducted from allowance as follows:• $2,289.28 - New Sump Pump• $1,841.44 - New Valves to isolate boiler room piping

Phase 2 - Planning for 2016 ProjectsPlanning Meeting 3 - 9/3/15Current plan is to divide remaining work into at least 2 contracts based on schedule and type of work

MEP – Summer 2016 - Bathroom Renovations- HVAC Equip and Controls System- Fire Alarm and New Electric Service- Emergency Generator- Fire Pump- Wastewater Plant Upgrades- Second Well & Water Storage Tank
