He is a pioneer in offshore and back office solution industry. Prior to founding BOINDIA, he was a SVP at Leading software services firm, specializing in offshore development to U.S. clients. His background includes enterprise resource planning, process automation, and hardware and software system design in the telecommunications and computer industries. Mr. Mittal holds an engineering degree from MIT, India.

SUSAN VARGHESE, DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES AND RECRUITMENT

Susan is responsible for BO INDIA Recruitment and HR area. Susan joined BOINDIA with HR and business development experiences at WIPRO. She manages the recruitment team and HR processes targeted towards the local and global market. Susan holds an MBA degree from IIM, Bangalore.

JOHN SUHY, DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY

As Director of Technology, John Mark Suhy sets the direction for BOINDIA's technology initiatives. Under his leadership, BOINDIA has developed several patent-pending technologies that enable the effective delivery of business solutions. He has more than twenty years of experience in the high-tech industry, developing leading-edge solutions in the areas of artificial intelligence and AI-based configuration software. John is a graduate in computer science from George Mason University, Virginia.
