•Develop Data Dictionary/ Field Set harmonized with existing works

•Create schema to encompass metadata about individual audio files as well as common business-related fields (ISRC, publishing information, etc.)

•Digital Delivery sales (paid download, subscription service, ad-supported, phone, etc.) have significantly grown during that time

•New revenue opportunities (Guitar Hero....) have further underscored the need for collection, documentation, and preservation of recorded assets

•However, the workflow model for many projects has become more distributed and collaborative

•Now looking at a “push-sync” local app along with a Web-based collection framework as well
