Identify the best end-user group internally for the pilot based on pain points and cultural fit. Marketing and Tech are two obvious candidates. Then select 3-5 projects to submit for the pilot
Work with your blur account team to draft briefs for each of the 3-5 projects or, if preferred, use legacy internal systems/processes to define your project requirements and budget

Schedule one final check with your Global Customer Success representative at blur to make sure all aspects of your briefs are clearly defined to guarantee success of both supplier short listing and delivery throughout the lifespan of your projects
Your project briefs are finalized and moved to “pitching on” stage where service providers can begin asking questions about your projects and begin formulating their pitches
Through blur’s platform, vetted suppliers are qualified and costs are benchmarked for each project. This normally takes about 7-10 business days
