BlueVoice's interface has 4 main menus available, and several sub-menus

Phone calls
You can export a group of records to share Windows. The calls can be filtered by extension and the time period
Address book features
BlueVoice permits logging detailed informations to any telephone number in the Address book, internal or external: the name of the number holder, company, postal address and notes.
Recording rules
BlueVoice offers a complex and flexible recording rules system for full customized experience
You can establish simple or cumulative conditions for either recording or no recording phone calls
Highly monitored numbers
BlueVoice permits the definition of Highly monitored numbers.
When a highly monitored number is engaged in a phone call, the system generates an email allert, sent to administrators and other allert-receving autorised users.

BlueVoice V5.2 allows you to customize the display parameters by deciding how many records to be listed on oan page
Users administration
This module includes all operations needed for an efficient users management.
This module's sub-menus are:

Groups configuration features
BlueVoice permits grouping users by department or other criteria for simplifying security privileges management
The groups are listed in a table format
Users configurationThis sub menu permits the definition and modification of users profiles, and also the delete of users.
Informations that can be logged to one user are: user name, real name, email address and the group to which he belongs.
The privilege of receiving alerts via email is also set from this menu.

There are four levels of ranked privileges:

Users privileges
This menu allows setting a higher level of privilege for an user up against his group.
A higher level of privilege includes all lower levels access
Archive administration
BlueVoice records can be archived operator-assisted or automatically, at an established period of time
There is a special partition on BlueVoice internal disk for archive storage
The system administrator gets an alert email when archive storage space on the disk is less then 10% of the capacity
The system permits external storage of the archives, on Windows share or CD/DVD writer.

Manual archiving
Creating manual archives can be done by setting:
The time period which needs to be covered
Lines that were used for telephonic conversations
The system permits deleting calls from current list after their archiving
Automatic archiving
Automatic archiving can be set to be done periodically, at a certain time interval, in a fixed weekday, at a certain hour
You can also set the archive size, in order to storage it easily on mobile memory devices such as CDs or DVDs.
Archives manager
This module offers you all informations needed on any archive in the system, and it is also a great management tool. You can consult an archive, restore it, save it, delete it or copy it on a Windows share.
BlueVoice also allows you to access directly from the interface any archive stored on a secondary location.
External storage
All archives generated by BlueVoice can be easily externally storaged on:
Windows share (you should only mount it directly on BlueVoice by specifying the connection required data)CD/DVD writer (if your customised BlueVoice is equipped accordingly)
Burning DVD
The archives selected for burning in Archives Manager menu are listed in DVD Burning module. BlueVoice displays here the total volume of the selected archives, helping you to optimise the disk capacity.
All you have to do is hit Burn button.

BlueVoice offers you all informations related to a phone call:
