In first i.e.,sl. No. 01 : there have no communication between two village

in rainy season by construct this PCC Road solved this problem and

more than 2000-2500 people are benefitted ,sl. 02 : there have only

kancha road 7-8 ft wide so no access for heavy vehicle by construct this

PCC Road solved the problem and more than 4000-5000 people are

benefitted ,sl-03.: there have no approach between two village in rainy

season by construct this PCC Road solved the problem and more than

1800 people are benefitted ,In sl.04: there have drainage on the existing

kachha road due to side water logged low land for 6-7 monthes by

construct this PCC Road solved the problem and more than 2500 people

are benefitted ,in sl. No.: 05.: there have only 6-7 ft kachha road and so

the villagers,students are faced severe problem in the rainy season by

construct this PCC Road solved the problem and more than 3000-3500

people are benefitted.

Overall : Apparently After constructed the above roads People of

concerened areas have gotten smooth communication and betternent of

their living standard.it may be stated here that it roles over all impact in

social economic condition of the entite area, thats why it should impact

the livelihood of individuals

Livelihood Impact:-

In Dubra panchayat of Para Dev. block, Purulia, a plantation work was undertaken under MGNREGA in 4 hectare land in 2020-21. Around 1500 mango plants of Amrapalli and Alfanso species were planted here. A group of 10 labourers maintained the plantation under MGNREGA from starting of the scheme. Now the plantation will likely to start yielding in coming year and the produce will be sold in the local market.

MGNREGA Helps Villagers Build Road to Happiness.

For student attending classes, Farmers attending market were once a night mare. Their nightmare was due to the fact they had to walk for 700 meter from their house in village Dhelbheria to reach Dubra-Rahgunathpur main road where they would board a bus to School/Collage/market etc.

It is not that some family could not afford a bicycle. Having or not having a bicycle for moving to and from village Dhelbheria under Para Block hardly mattered as the earthen road to the village was just a foot way, not suitable even for bicycle let alone motorcycles. The situation was worse during the monsoon.

But things have changed .. .. .. ..

Farmers, Student & Villager, now-a-days happily walking & pedals directly to their goal. The approach road to their village has been transformed into a 2.00M wide road, the construction work completed just a few month ago. The improvement of the road, as well as the positive change in the lives of the villagers is attributed to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

Quite interestingly, a majority of villagers are daily wagers, who work in various construction sites in Para Block. However, their village was devoid of communication, which was fulfilled under the flagship programme,MGNREGS
