•BLM Investment Group – founded in 2008 for the purpose of overseeing and administrating turnkey investment programs. Due to the bank crisis, BLM Investment Group has concentrated primarily on private investors. We successfully completed projects through 2009 and first half of 2010.

•LeMax International, Inc. – established in 1995 as a construction company and remodeling company in the Twin Cities Metro.
