Gentleness/ meekness is power under control. “It isn’t stress that kills us, it’s our reaction to it” Higher/lower technique: anger, loudness was met with quiet & peace Mirror neurons: when faced with anger, we tend to respond with anger. How easy is this?

God blesses those who are gentle. The whole earth

will belong to them!

In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching

show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be

condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have
