Customer will be charged site fee equivalent to their storage needs. RV Storage Lots
Agreements and payment are required at time of reservation. Please visit us at Bldg. 7301. All reservations, telephone or in person, can be made no more than 30 days in advance.• Old and New Cottonwood Park: $100 per day, $75 for official Military function• Paxton Park: $75 per day, $50 for official Military function

• Cleaning Fee = 1 Day Rental• Reservations for boats & campers can be scheduled as far out as a month to the day.• Does not include loading & unloading, tie-down straps or rope; tie down bars are provided on snow marchine trailers.• Full payment required for reservation items (Cancellation policy applies.)• Bike Rental includes helmet & lock.• Fuel (gasoline, propane, charcoal, etc.) is the responsibility of the renter.• A JBER Recreation Permit (iSportsman Permit) is required of anyone age 16 years or older who will be
recreating on JBER. Visitors under the age of 16 must be signed in as guests of and accompanied by an authorized permit holder at all times. Permits and a government issued photo I.D. must be carried on your person at all times. Please see iSportsman website for more details (jber.isportsman.net)
• Boats/canoes are prepositioned at the lake. Keys, PFD’s, oars/paddles are picked up at Outdoor Recreation Center (Bldg. 7301) upon rental.
• Eligibility requirements must be met for all rentals.• All reserved items must be returned no later than two hours before close of business for proper check out
procedures• All motorized boats, campers & RVs will be picked up at ODR-R (Bldg. 794) after reservation is made at Bldg. 7301• Towing vehicles must be brought to ODR-R at least one week prior to rental of a camper/boat for inspection and
proper fit.• Rental forms are available online for all telephone reservations at www.jberlife.com/documents under Outdoor
Recreation Center. Please submit filled out forms to [email protected] to complete reservation.

Payments made with credit card may be processed at the Outdoor Recreation Center (Bldg. 7301) during normal business hours.Pets:Max of two pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times.Fires:Open campfires are prohibited, however, barbeque grills may be used.
