Drona BlackBerry V-Casting or Video Casting solution is designed specifically to cater to the training needs of time pressed senior management employees of corporates carrying BlackBerry phones.
The product Drona V-Casting is a plug and play solution for pushing short - 1 to 5 minutes training videos on to the BlackBerry devices of the employees (even if they are on-the-move).
It also tracks the viewership of each video on per employee and per video basis.
The product also allows pushing of assessments/quizzes on to the BlackBerry pones, results of which can be tracked and analyzed on a web application provided by Deltecs.
To kick start the video pushing in your organization, the product comes along with 10Hrs of video content (approx 300 short training videos from the experts in their respective fileds - Sales, negotiations, Leadership, Motivation, Personal Development, Objection Handling etc)

Introduction
A product designed to cater to the training needs of time pressed Senior Management employees and Sales Force carrying BlackBerry Phones.
Video Casting of Short-refresher-conceptual training or information videos (1 to 3 mins - recommended) on BlackBerry Phones.
How it works?
A single-small sized application - “Drona V-Casting” needs to be installed on the BlackBerry Phone of the user. (via BES)
Users will now start receive short training video on their BlackBerry phones as per the schedule configured.
Users also receive flash-n-LED notification on their BlackBerry screens and a new message notification in the mail-box
Users can watch the video on their BlackBerry phone now or hide the notification and watch the video later by clicking on the icon.
Users can take an assessment or give their Feedback after watching the video.
