MATERIALS• Cookie dough • Aluminum, French Black Steel, and Insulated Cookie Sheet

• 10 Thermometers • Oven

PROCEDURE

• Bake the cookies on an Aluminum cookie sheet

• Wait 12 minutes and 30 seconds

• Pull the cookie sheet out

• Stick thermometers in the cookies and record the data

• Repeat with a French black steel and Insulated cookie sheet

• The Aluminum cookie sheet won because it created the right amount of heat too create the perfect cookie. The French Black Steel cookie sheet created too much heat. The Insulated cookie sheet created too less heat
