BIOMIMICRY What Would Nature Do? 22 Acre Materplan & 55-Story Tower Complex Dubai Festival City Multi-Story Tower & Marine Life Center Red Sea Aquarium Arcology (2.4M Residents) Novanoah The natural flora and fauna of any ecological system have devised survival strategies over thousands of years to cope with their specific climate and geological terrain. Biomimicry is an approach to design which asks the question “What would Nature do?” in order to create architectural solutions that are responsive and responsible to the ecology of the region. How does a cactus actually deal with an arid climate, and how can we apply that to our building design? Why is a sand dune shaped the way that it is, and how does that inform our architecture? Each of our buildings is an organic reply to these types of questions in search of environmentally sustainable shelter and habitat for mankind.
