• การสนับสนุนเงินอุดหนุนด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีในรูปแบบต่างๆ

ความต้องการด้านเทคโนโลยี

• การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเองในประเทศ ซ่ึงจะท้าให้ลดต้นทุนเทคโนโลยี

• การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีจากห้องปฎิบัติการไปสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ รวมถึงการร่วมวิจัยกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม

• การวิจัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้งานเชื อเพลิงชีวมวลฝั่งผู้ใช้ เช่น ประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานทดแทนเชื อเพลิงเดิม และความคุ้มค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ แล้วเผยแพร่เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงกลางแก่สมาชิกในตลาด

• การมี National Certification Body และ National Accredited Laboratory

ความต้องการด้านวัตถุดิบ

• การแยกไม้เศรษฐกิจออกจากไม้สงวน (ควบคุม) และมองไม้เศรษฐกิจเหมือนพืชเกษตรอื่นๆ อย่างเช่น ข้าว, มันส้าปะหลัง จะท้าให้เกิดการปลูกสวนป่าช่วยลดภาวะโลกร้อน, สร้างรายได้ให้เกษตรกรเพ่ิมขึ นและยังเกิดการจ้างงานในท้องถิ่นอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
