1． Crushing machine:

FSJII Hammer Mill is suitable for milling raw material like tree branch, cotton

stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc) with size less than 50mm(diameter). After

milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm , which is suitable for further

briquetting.

FSJI Wood Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than

200mm(diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm ,

which is suitable for further briquetting.

The two types of crushers is fitted to the downstream equipments.

2．Dryer

For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to

install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 12% before

feeding them into Biomass Briquetting Screw Press.

Material for hot air boiler: wood waste, wood briquette, coal, etc.

Principle:

In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending

state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and

material is suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and

solid is large, heat transfer rate is high. It’s peculiarly suitable for drying heat

sensitive material like sawdust, rice shell, milled stalks etc.

In drying process, clean cool air is heated by hot air boiler, and mixed with wet

material sent by spiral feeder. Wet sawdust is dried in few minutes. Dried

material is discharged through centrifugal fan. Exhaust air is let out into

atmosphere.

(i) Dryer model HGJ-I, HGJ-II, HGJ-III for lower moisture content

12-25%

The Moisture reducing rate of the dryer HGJ-I, HGJ-II, HGJ-III is 8-12%. This

dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material

with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw

material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the

requested moisture content for briquetting.

Twin boiler dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is

3. Biomass Briquette Screw Press:

This Biomass Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control system are designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The motor can be 11kw/15kw/18.5kw-3phase-380v-50hz electrical driven motor. This machine can be operated 16 hours per day. The extruded wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquette boilers or boilers for heating. Please note: during briquetting process, there will be some smoke from the briquette machine that have to be expel to atmosphere.

4.Infrared Contraction Packing Machine for briquette Infrared Contraction Packing Machine is an advanced packing machine in the market now. It adopts infrared quartz pipe to heat the packing material. So it can efficiently save the electric power. The contraction temperature and transmission speed are adjustable.
