HOW IT IS BUILT:

THE BIOFIRE’S CORE IS BUILT USING SPECIAL CARAMIC REFRACTORY BRICKS

DUE TO THE TONGUE-AND-GROOVE SYSTEM OF THE REFRACTORY BRICKS THE HEAT RETAINING CORE IS TIGHTLY

SEALED.

ONCE ATTACHED TO THE CHIMNEYTHE BIOFIRE IS READY FOR SERVICE

THE FINAL SHAPE IS MOULDED USING CERAMIC FACE PLATES

THE SECOND LAYER ADDS MASS AND PREVENTS THE SURFACE FROM GETTING TOO HOT

LASTLY THE FIREPLACE RECIEVES A 2PLY RENDERING AFTER WHICH YOUR BIOFIRE CAN BE PAINTED IN ANY COLOUR DESIRED
