Heat oil in a large skil-let over medium heat. In batch-es, add chicken and cook about3 minutes on each side or untilbrowned. Drain on paper tow-els. Drain off all but 1 teaspoonoil from skillet. Return all thechicken to the skillet, add cornsyrup mixture and cook for 2minutes, stirring constantly.Transfer to a serving bowl andsprinkle with sesame seeds.

(NAPSA)-A growing number ofconsumers are getting the picture whenit comes to energy and their cable box.

Surprising as it may sound, a cablebox uses energy even when you’re notwatching TV. In fact, nearly two-thirdsof energy use occurs when people arenot watching TV or recording a show,costing Americans an estimated $2 bil-lion each year.

A home with two standard boxescan use more electricity than a newrefrigerator. To help, the U.S.

Environmental Protection Agency’sENERGY STAR program is partneringwith pay-TV service providers to offerenergy-efficient set-top boxes to theircustomers.

Qualified set-top boxes can powerdown when not in use and are designedto be at least 40 percent more energyefficient than other models. Experts sayif every set-top box in the nation metENERGY STAR requirements, it wouldsave about $1.8 billion a year and helpreduce greenhouse gas emissions.
