You can add customer details by clicking on this option. Here, you can fill all the details of the customer including name, address, communication details, VAT/CST number etc.
After submitting all the details of the customer, you will find existing customers’ list. You can view all the details of each and every customer here.
You can add company’s products with the help of this option to maintain your product list easily. It contains product id, product name and product description.
If you want to send a price offer to an inquiry, you can easily make a copy of it by selecting this option. You can fill the quotation details including customer details, product details, quantity of the product, amount of the products etc.
Once you have submitted the details into quotation form, you can see the existing quotations in this option as shown in the image. You can also print/ download the document by selecting relevant option.
You can create the sales invoice by filling all necessary information including customer’s details and sales details (particulars, quantity, amount, terms & conditions etc). You can also fill the payment details drawn by the customer.
By selecting this option, you can check the sales report for a given time duration i.e. if you want to check for one month sales report, say for example September month report, fill the dates into the box, and you will find the sales report of the relevant month.
You can check for the account summary of a customer by selecting this option. This report includes sales details concerned with the customer you select.
