A SUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN CAMDEN COUNTY, MISSOURI, FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND R-3 MULTl-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO RP-3 MULTl-FAMILY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, Mo Rentals, LLC (Robert Scott Martin) made application for property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, to be rezoned from R-1 - Residential Single Family Residential District and R-3 Multi-Family Residential District to RP-3- Multi-Family Planned Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City of Camdenton Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on February 14, 2017 to consider this rezoning request; and WHEREAS, the City of Camdenton Planning and Zoning Commission made the recommendation at their February 14, 2017 meeting to approve the rezoning request and forward to the Board of Aldermen for the second public hearing and final decision; and WHEREAS, The Board of Aldermen held a public hearing on February 21 , 2017 to consider the rezoning request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF CAMDENTON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS; Section 1. That the Code of the City of Camdenton, Section 400.030 - District Boundaries, is hereby amended by changing the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance from R-1 Single Family Residential District and R-3 Multi-Family Residential to RP-3- Planned Multi-Family Residential District. Secti on 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Aldermen and approval by the Mayor. Read the first time this 21 day of February, 2017.
