It was called "The Blizzard Lecture" because that night a blizzard raged in Toronto and the speaker had to wade through several feet tall snow drifts in order to reach the location and then back home. Este artículo fue leído por primera vez en la Uni versidad de Toronto, Canadá,el 4 de Marzo de 1982. Se le llamó "La Conferencia d e la Tormenta de Nie ve"pues el conferenciante tu vo que superar altas montañas de nie ve para llegaral Salón de Conferencias y luego de regreso a su casa. Una concurrenciarazonable asistió a pesar de los temores del confere nciante de que nadie seharía presente.
