Meals must be ordered by noon one business day in advance. So, if you call in the morning of your scheduled meal to cancel due to a non-medical issue or you do not show, you are responsible for the full purchase of your ordered meal which is $4.44. Failure to con- tact us that you are not coming results in a meal that can not be served and puts the staff in a di- lemma trying to get someone to eat the ordered meal. Lastly, review your order with staff the week before to confirm that your order is recorded for the following week. Cinema Friday Movie, Root Beer Floats & Popcorn Come out and join your friends at the Big Spring Senior Center and watch a blockbuster movie on March 27 and April 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We are asking for a $2 donation to cover the cost of the floats and popcorn. Wii Bowling: Check out Wii Bowling Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. This game is limited to four players, so signups are necessary. Donate to Community Aid and your community by depositing your new and used donations in the Community Aid Box in the parking lot of the Big Spring Senior Center and Mountain View Senior Apartments. Quarterly, the Big Spring Senior Center receives a monetary donation for your donated items towards the continued programming of the Center. For a list of accepted donations contact the Big Spring Senior Center or the web address https:// communityaid.org/get-involved/donate-2/ Also, the Big Spring Senior Center has Care Cards which can be used at any Community Aid Store toward your purchases of clothing and shoes.
