We usually deep fry chimichangas. Can we put home made chimichangas in here and if so, will they have that good, crispy taste?
- Funny, I just had a chimichanga for dinner. Deep fried of course. I don't know for sure, but I would guess no. I've only used mine a few times but I don't think they would crisp up as nicely.

I've been using the Oil-less fryer for a few months now, and it is hands-down my favorite kitchen appliance. I'm on a fairly restricted nutrition plan and eat TONS of boneless skinless chicken breasts. Broiling or baking turns chicken breasts into nasty little hockey pucks very quickly, and I could never quite figure out how to fully cook the chicken without drying it out. The Oil-less fryer makes it easy: I pop the chicken in, set the timer for 15-20 minutes, and get chicken that (really is) crispy and browned on the outside and moist on the inside. It's awesome.
