A handy guide to planning your party The NHS has touched us all and the NHS Big7Tea is a chance to celebrate and say thank you. Across the UK, people are organising tea parties and many are supporting their local NHS Charity. 1. Download a Big7Tea pack Included in this document are printable pages with posters, bunting, cake cards, selfie props, etc our pack will give you everything you need to host the perfect party. We also have balloons and collection tins and would be happy to post these to you. 2. Spread the word Pick a date, time and place and tell your friends, family and colleagues about your Big7Tea using the posters in the pack. You can also use social media and #NHSBig7Tea and tag using twitter via @KHFTCharity. You can also set up a JustGiving page if you wanted to ask people to donate towards your party. 3. Enjoy the party Celebrate 70 years and raise money in any way you like such as: donations, raffles, a quiz, cake sale, bake off, afternoon tea, coffee mornings, fancy dress day or games night– it’s entirely up to you – the more fun the better. Don’t forget to take photos and email them or post them on social media. 4.
