Biesse India started its manufacturing activity in India by moving into a manufacturing facility of 60,000 sqft in Nelamangala in November, 2008. In April 2010, an additional 60820 sqft of manufacturing facility was added in Peenya. The new additional facility is equipped with a machine shop with 2 horizontal machining centers, 3 vertical machining centres, conventional machines and unit assembly stations. The facility houses the stateof the art Quality Control Division with the requisite CMM devices, dedicated software for process monitoring and the entire manufacturing process follows the Lean production approach.

Biesse India has implemented the Lean Manufacturing concept in its manufacturingfacilities in Nelamangala and Peenya units in Bangalore. Lean Manufacturing is a process of systematic approach to identify and eliminate waste through continuous improvementby flowing the product at the demand of the customer. By virtue it is an ongoing process of improving the systems, processes and incorporates various quality concepts like sixsigma, 5s, kaizen, value stream etc. At Biesse it is our constant endeavor to provide the Indian customers with quality products at reasonable prices, while ensuring that the quality of our products and services always pleases our customers.

Our strong network of service teams across India being close to our customers ensures timely support with least downtime of our machines.

Our highly skilled service engineers go through a rigourous training in our facility in Bangalore and they also attend periodic training programs in our parent organization in Italy.

Our spare parts stock in Bangalore along with our spare parts warehouses network can assure prompt spare part availability.

Training on operating the machine and preventive maintenance of the machines are provided by our service engineers at the time of installing the machines. Our customers can also make use of our Tech Center for more intensive training.
