Florida Greenways and Trails System PlanBrevard County Map Update
Each year in the spring, the TPO solicits for new transportation project priorities to include bicycle, pedestrian and trail projects from local governments and transportation providers. TPO staff works with each individual municipality and the Florida Department of Transportation to ensure support and documentation for each new project. The projects are discussed with the Growth Management Subcommittee and each one of the TPO committees. The Priority List is finally adopted by the TPO Board and submitted to the Florida Department of Transportation for funding with available state and federal funding. Staff will discuss the new bicycle and pedestrian projects and give an update on any changes to projects.
