The municipal decided to spend € 666.000 on parking facilities for 64 cars and 2 buses near a sports arena.

There was no intention to do anything about bicyle parking.

The focus of the municipal for bike parking was entirely on the city centre and the railway stations.

Goal

More attention on the issue of the quality of cycle parking in the city.

To change the focus of the officials to other parts of the city, except the centre.

To influence the debat on cycling policy overall. To change the focus of the administration by reframing

the issue of cycling towards an item that is not solely for the alderman of transport.
