Login Screen

• Visit www.bibbymarketingportal.co.uk

• Enter your email address and password and click ‘Login’

• If you have forgotten your password, click on the link


Catalogue Page

• Upon login you are taken to the catalogue page by default. See notes below for explanation on links.

Click in the folders to see subcategories and products

Edit My Details

• On this page you have the ability to edit your contact and delivery addresses as well as your email address.

• You can also change your password on this page


Search

• Utilise the search box for faster results

• Use either keywords (“Birmingham”) or the product reference (BIB424) and hit enter to see results


Saved Projects

• On this page you will be able to see any adverts you have created and perhaps are awaiting approval for


Order History

• Here you can find information on your previous orders as well as the status of any ongoing ones.


How to order standard products - Step 1

• There are two ways to find a product, one is to navigate via the catalogue and clicking through the relevant sub folders to reach your desired product. Alternatively you can utilise the search function using relevant keywords.

• On the product page you are presented with an image of the product as well as a brief description, quantities available and relevant prices.

• Simply type in the quantity you require and the price will automatically update (after a very short delay). Quantities are fixed to those shown in the description box and will be rounded up or down automatically.

• When you are happy with the amount and price, click ‘Add to Basket’

• After adding a product to the basket you will be taken to the ‘Order Summary’ page where you can delete items, see a total and also edit quantities.

• If you wish to order other items then navigate to the ‘Open Catalogue’ button or use the search box and hit enter

• When you are satisfied with the order summary click ‘Continue Order’

• You are now presented with the order number, and delivery/billing addresses (as well as the ability to edit them)

• When satisfied with your information, the items ordered and the total cost click ‘Send for approval’ (if you are a manager or nominated approver for your office then your button will say ‘Place order (Pay on invoice)’



• You will then be greeted with the Order Confirmation screen.

• If you have clicked ‘Send for approval’ then an email requesting approval will be automatically sent to your manager or nominated office approver. When they approve the order you will receive an email confirmation.

How to order business cards - Step 1

• Using the methods mentioned earlier to navigate to the required business card you will find yourself on a page similar to the one below

• Simply edit your details in the fields on the right of the page and click ‘Save text and update’ and the preview window on the left will automatically update to show your details

• Once you are happy ‘Click to go to Page 2’

• You will now be shown the reverse of the card

• Business cards are only available in a quantity of 250, so when you are satisfied, click ‘Add to Basket’




• On the ‘Order Summary’ page you will notice that there is another box that says ‘Approve’. This is a required step and as such the ability to place the order is blocked until this takes place.

• Click on the ‘Approve’ button to progress




• On the approval page you will be shown both sides of the business card and you will need to check them carefully before ticking the Approve tick box

• When you are satisfied with both sides and have ticked both boxes you will be able to continue your order as per a standard product (see P9 for details)

How to order banners from stock

• To order banners, order them as you would for a standard product (see P9 for details)

• These are charged at £0 and orders are automatically sent to [email protected]


How to order editable products - Step 1

• Using the methods mentioned earlier to navigate to the required advert/edm you will find yourself on a page similar to the one below

• Simply edit your details in the fields on the right of the page and click ‘Save text and update’ and the preview window on the left will automatically update to show your details

• To edit the image used, click on the image selection icon

• A pop up window will appear, simply click on the required image and the window will close, automatically updating the preview to match

• When you are satisfied with the preview, click on ‘Seek Approval from Bibby Marketing’. This will automatically send an email to the Marketing Team asking them for their approval.

• You will notice that the ‘Seek Approval from Bibby Marketing’ button has now changed to say ‘This item is under approval with Bibby Marketing’

• You will receive an email advising if your advert has been approved or rejected by the Marketing Team.

• If approved, you will be able to order as you would for a standard product (see P9 for details) and the button text will change to say ‘Add to Basket’

• When you finalise your order it will then be sent for approval via your line manager or nominated office approver.

• Upon their approval you will receive an order confirmation email and finally an email with a download link to receive your print ready artwork
