With BH by Kinomap run over more than 35.000 km of geolocated videos all over the world uploaded by users themselves. Try to follow their rhythm under the same conditions at the time they were recorded:

- If you have an i.Concept by BH machine: resistance/inclination motor of the machine will change automatically when the profile of ground does

- If you are an XKIT user, you will be in charge of modifying the resistance following indications given by the App

App is available for i.Concept by BH treadmills, upright bikes, crosstrainers and indoor cycling and for XKIT

It works exclusively for i.Concept by BH machines with iOS and Android operating system smartphones and tablets and with XKIT only for iOS users

If you do not have an existing Kinomap account, tap on the “Sign Up” button

If you already have a Kinomap account,tap on the “Sign In” button

By connecting with your Kinomap account, you access to your own videos and your favorites.

You also have the ability to rate and comment videos you have trained on

2. Account

You have two possibilities to sign-up on Kinomap:

1. Using Facebook: you just login to Facebook and a Kinomap account will be created automatically

2. Just type your email, username, password (twice) to “Sign up” in the top right corner

Once signed up to Kinomap, you will receive a confirmation by email

You have two possibilities to sign-in on Kinomap:

1. With Facebook: just need login to Facebook

2. Just type your username and your password and then tap the “Sign in” button in the top right corner

SubscriptionA subscription is required to unlock the application. Without subscription, you can still watch all videos and train

with all features for five minutes on each video

Step 1: Open the left menu and tap on “Settings”. This will open the settings screen and two ways are available to subscribe: In-App-Purchase and Activation Code

Activation code

If you have an Activation code, type it in the “Activation code” field and then click on the “Apply activation code” button to activate your subscription for the BH by Kinomap app

In-App-purchase

After clicking on “Subscribe to BH by Kinomap”, you will be able to subscribe for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year

Step 1: Click on the subscription you want

Step 2: tap on the “Buy” button to confirm your purchase

Step 3: Click “Ok”, you are now subscribed to the BH by Kinomap app

Step 1: Select a video list (Featured, Popular, Most viewed, Most recent), choose the video you want to train on it

For each video, you can see relevant information:- Name- Kinomap contributor (who published the video)- Country- Duration- Distance- Average of positive slope- Average speed- Approved video (having the altitude being

checked and adjusted by Kinomap team)

Step 2: Click on “Start” button to get a configuration screen

You will be able to choose main and optional equipments as well as workout type (cycling or running)

On top of this screen are displayed video data and relevant

In the bottom, you switch between four tabs:- Map- Elevation profile- Dashboard- Description

Step 8: Don’t forget to tap on the “Start/Stop” button of your treadmill after the three beeps to activate the connection

Step 9: At the end of your workout, tap again on the “Start/Stop” button to stop the treadmill:- A simple push on this button will pause the

treadmill (When you start an other workout, you can tap on this button without the 3 beeps)

- A long press on this button will stop the treadmill (You need to wait for the 3 beeps again for your next workout)

XKIT from PAFERS

If you want to use XKIT sensor from PAFERS, open the left menu and go on “Equipment” screen to add your sensor

Once “Equipment” screen is on, click on “Add new equipment” button and choose “XKIT” in the next screen

When on the search screen, wait to detect XKIT

Don’t forget to push the power button on your XKIT to detect it

Your XKIT will be detected like any bike speed/cadence sensor

Once your sensor is found, click on it to open the configuration screen

XKIT from PAFERS

Your XKIT is automatically connected and delivers cadence data. If no data is displayed, push again the power button of your XKIT

Step 4: Choose the XKIT sensor you just added in “Exercise detection” section

Once your workout is started, you can see data from your equipment. Your bike is moving along the route

Elevation profile allows you to display the altitude curve of the video, your position and the position of the video maker. Slopes section and speed curve can also be displayed

The dashboard displays all data from you and the video. It is probably less interesting to see so much data when on an iPhone

When you want to pause or stop a workout, click on “Pause” button in the top left corner

When you pause a workout, you can like or dislike a video, assuming you are connected to a Kinomap account. You can also comment the video once you have rated it

Click on the “Save and quit” button to stop the workout and save your performance or click on “Resume workout” if you just paused it

First, open the left menu and click on “workout log” in the “History” section

You can see here the history of your past workouts including name of the video you trained, date of that workout, performed duration and distance. A cyclist icon is displayed if you trained on BH Fitness exercise bike or XKIT from PAFERSA runner icon is displayed when workout was on a BH Fitness treadmill

You can remove a workout by clicking on the “Edit” button in the top right corner. Then click on the red circle on the left of your workout and finally click on the “Delete” button. Once you finish editing your workouts, click on “Done” button

First section reports video information

Second section display workout information. You can also compare this workout with past ones done on the same video

You can put a comment about your workout in the third section

Please share your workout performance with others. Many possibilities are available:- Email (screenshots of the charts, PWX,

CSV, GPX and TCX files)- Video on Facebook- Activity on Facebook- Activity on workout Peaks- Activity on RunKeeper

There are many ways to find the appropriate video.Use the left menu and select a videos list:- Featured (videos highlighted by Kinomap)- Popular (videos which are the most trained)- Most viewed- Most recent- Local videos (downloaded locally)- Favorites- My videos (the ones you uploaded on Kinomap)

By clicking on “Filters” button in the top right corner, to set up appropriate filters on:- workout type (cycling, running)- Videos quality (low, high definition)- Videos source (camera, smartphone)- Approved videos- Duration (min and max)- Distance (min and max)- Average speed (min and max)- Average positive slope (min and max)

5. Search

You can search a video by clicking on the search bar

Once you typed at least 3 characters, an auto completion search is made. Videos and usernames matching with your request are displayed

Then you have three possibilities:- Click on “Search” button of the keyboard to

display all videos matching with your request- Click on one video in the auto completion list to

start- Click on a username in the auto completion list to

display all public videos done by this user

You can also search a video with geographical coordinates shown on a map. Open the left menu and click on “Map” in the “Search” section

If you want to find the closest videos of your position, first authorize the app to access your current location

You can zoom in and a long press on the map will select videos around the location. Alternative is to type a specific location in the search bar

Then click on the right icon in the information bubble of the pin

Open the left menu and click on “Settings” in the “Settings” section

On this screen, you can sign in or sign out with your Kinomap account, subscribe through the App Store or insert an activation code

Many option are alterable:- General- Advanced settings- Filter videos (same filters you can modify on

videos lists)- Display- Sharing- Game Center (enabled or disable Game Center)- Units (Choose units you want to display in the

app)

General and Advanced settings

Set your height, weight, sex and birthdate to your Kinomap account

You can also clear the video history list and your workout history list

With the advanced settings, you can modify:- Rolling resistance (only for cycling)- Wind resistance (only for cycling)- Maximum slope (for example, if the

current slope of a video is 15% and the maximum slope selected is 8%, an only 8% slope is sent to the fitness machine instead of 15%)

This option is available during a workout:- View (map view)- Auto zoom (map zoom on players)- Zoom includes video maker (gray icon on map)- Display player names (name on top of the icon)- Mirroring mode

slopes)- Display speed on the elevation chart- Disable video output

Display

Mirroring mode allows you to display the content of your device on an external screen using 3 different modes

“Extend to external display Mode 1” displays video, data from all players including video, map

and elevation chart

“Extend to external display Mode 2” displays video, data of the video, data and elevation chart

“Mirror this screen” shows the same display on both device and TV

Sharing

You have many possibilities to share your workouts:- Facebook- Training Peaks- Runkeeper- Kinomap (to hide or display your workout

data on Kinomap website)

With Facebook, you can choose to “Add Trainings to Facebook timeline”. By enabling it, your activity is shared on your Facebook timeline each time a workout

Facebook, Training Peaks and RunKeeper can be used in the “training log” screen to share only the workout you want

How to download a video locally?

First, select a video and click on “Description” tab

Switch “Download video” to download. An message will appear to select either SD or HD format (if HD is available)

Progress of the download is displayed at the top of the description

If you open the left menu and select “Local videos”, you can see all local videos

If a video is still downloading, a progress bar is displayed

When the download is done, a red corner is displayed in the bottom right corner of the icon

Video modes

When you train on a video, three video modes are available :- Slow Down / Speed Up: video frame rate is altered

to match your current speed/power- Pause / Catch Up : video pauses when you're

behind the point of view of the video and catches up with you when ahead

- Unleashed: in this mode, the video is played at the recording speed. Convenient for demonstration or if you want to enjoy the scenery without any huge effort

You should use a high sensitivity if you want to have an immediate reaction to your effort. A lower sensitivity will give you a smoother experience

If you want to use a heart rate strap, open the left menu to “Equipment” screen and add your sensor

Once on “Equipment” screen, click on “Add new sensor” button and choose “Heart rate belt” in the next screen
