university building proposal design requirement to expand the building within its lifetime by 50% flawlessly. design concept focuses on expansion and building pods for different room requirements. courtyard for general meeting requirements preferable at a university setting.

team project with group and individual responsibilities. historic site on preserved native american land. sacred land cannot be touched in most areas. proposed ideas situated in buildable space and with historic structures. currently a community fitness and gathering zone, proposal maintains and strengthens these concepts.

site plan for a community center utilizing geopatterns based on relevant landmark locations for pattern. community center used for the native american community in sells, arizona. met with actual clients to discuss needs and present ideas. office building space with courtyards for linkages and exterior space for gathering.

existing structure is a power plant. stiuated at the merging of transit, retail, and living areas. culturally significant structure. existing holes in structure once used for mechanical equipment are equipped with lighting for venues. entrance to venue is through existing mechanical equipment, showing the original use of the structure.
