Bell suggested Gaul contact Kelley Deutmeyer to address these concerns. This item will be placed on agenda for next week. At 9:57 a.m. board returned back into session. Phil Waniorek, Benefits, Inc. met with board to discuss amendment for Flex Plan due to COVID-19. IRS made rulings that allows employees to make changes to their election but cannot go below amount they have already spent and extend carryover amount from $500 to $550. Discussion held.
