Lessons Learned

• More teacher Professional Development – “We would have had more training on the system at the beginning and would have taken

more time to develop an implementation plan for the teachers. The kids jump into online learning without a whole lot of problems. The adults take more time to train as far as how to use the system.”

• More student training – “Teach students how to be successful when taking an online course.”

• Real-time reporting tools – “I would make sure I can view student's progress live from my computer. Would make it

available 24/7.”
