Kym Bradford - (Director - BES)BES-TT Projects (BES)

Kym Bradford brings significant experience and a long history of management in Corporate and Privatebusinesses.

Kym’s early work life was in sales, which was developed through his association with Coca Cola then 15 yearswith ARC (Australian Reinforcing Company) and Smorgon Steel culminating in being the General Manager forthe final 5 years with this Corporate Steel company. Kym then developed his own Recruitment company whichhe ran for the next 12 years while at the same time being a key board member of 2 large family companies.One of these companies he has chaired for the last 12 years.

Kym’s recent role has been as the CEO of the Bianco Construction supplies business assisting inimplementing significant change and focusing on cost control and profitability of the business. Kym’s extensivebusiness management experience, large network within the construction industry and understanding of theimportance of structure and process, have been a significant influence in the successful establishment of BES-TT projects.

Thalib Sathaar - General Manager (Director- BES)BES-TT Projects (BES)

Thalib has a total of 16yrs working experience in Commercial, Mining and Oil & Gas industry. Starting off atAbu Dhabi in the Oil & Gas manufacturing sector for 4yrs, then moving onto the Commercial Sector at Dubaifor 3yrs to finally work as the Operations Manager at Thornton Engineering Australia for 6yrs. Thalib has alsoheld a senior position with Caterpillar of Australia as their Operations Manager for a short while before joiningthe Bianco Group in 2010.

Together with Toyota Tsusho, BES-TT projects was created with the view to addressing the Australian Commercial , Mining and Oil & Gas markets through a different model.

Peter is responsible for business development for BES-TT Projects and brings to the table strong relationships in key industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Rail, Component Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Utilities. As the Founder and Managing Director of the ABeCK Group, Peter has been involved in Manufacturing since 1992 and his ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions is a key benefit to the customer.

The business philosophy of Peter is quite simple: ‘nothing happens until you sell something’. Economic activity is driven by what the customer wants and finding the right solution for the right times is what drives Peter. As a current Board Member of the South East Melbourne Manufacturers Alliance, ‘SEMMA’ Peter is a strong advocate for sustainable manufacturing.

David Buchanan– General Manager (TTALA)Steel Products / Cross Functional Team Leader TTALA

David is responsible for Implement Global Strategy for Investment and Business Development at ToyotaTsusho Australasia. He is part of a team who are responsible for the management and effectiveness to identifyand drive New Business opportunities with existing Products and Customers.

David has been involved in the development of International Steel Mill Trading relationships and has beenresponsible for domestic customer growth and development of strategic relationships with major Australianmanufacturers.

Prior to his position at Toyota Tsusho Australasia David has worked for Atlas Steel for 6 years and held seniorposition at Mitsui & Co. for 7 years all within the Metals Trading business.

Austral Construction (Marine division) are a Melbourne based company working on several projects with Rio Tinto, and are the main contractor for this project

This project involves the upgrade of 1N, 2N,3N,4N,5N,6N,7N, 8N & 9N grid lines for the Dolphin Structure at Dampier

There are head caps, end caps, prop trusses & walkways, rear trusses & walkways along with hand-railing, grating and other accessories.

Structural Steel is procured from Offshore Mills to Australian Standards & from Blue Scope Steel in Australia– UB/UC: AS 3679.1, Hollow sections: AS1163 7 Steel plates: AS3678 Grade 350

Major Fabrication works is being done in Indonesia at BES-TT Project’s Alliance Fabricators
