I. INFORMATION EXCHANGE• Provision of diverse basic and specific information about the NSRF and
the Operational Programs
• Distribution of free information materials from the EC and other EU institutions, Managing Authorities, published under projects co-funded by the SCF
• Provision of information on open calls for Shumen district and distribution to the smallest settlements populated by Global Libraries network users on a monthly basis
• Exchange of good practices
• Information needs assessment

II. COMMUNICATION INTERACTION • Referral of RIC users for filling in project application documents • Assistance in getting to smaller settlements• Participation in discussions and focus groups on the next programming period

III. EXPERT COOPERATION • Provision of information to potential beneficiaries on application opportunities
under the Operational Programs • Provision of answers to questions, including referral to other specialized
sources of information• Preparation of an electronic monthly newsletter promoting important dates of
the EU calendar (e.g. dates of treaties, brief historical information).

• 13 information meetings
• 303 visitors
• 128 answered questions
