Spotlight on Media Literacy!
This semester, Benton is offering a Media Literacy class for the first time and Mrs. Corey has been collaborating with Mrs. Miller in the Communication Arts department for multiple units. Many of these units involve both communication skills (reading, writing, etc.) as well as technology and research skills. This collaboration has allowed for both instructors to co-teach different units and assist students with different skills. It has been a great experience so far and our monthly report is now highlighting this awesome teaching opportunity!
