The Océanis 43 is an unequivocal invitation to delight in her design, comfort and performance. Thehull and deck plan are the work of the Berret Racoupeau design office. Their designs have led tothe creation of an aesthetically powerful and attractive yacht with remarkable sea keepingqualities. The interior architecture and design are by Nauta Design. This great Italian name, abenchmark in the super yacht world, has helped the Océanis 43 achieve her true personality ? oneof contemporary lines where luminosity, comfort and wellbeing take precedence on board.
Sasquatch’s interior accommodates eight in four staterooms and two heads. The interiorarrangement works well and feels roomy as a result of a smart salon layout and large windows.
The forward stateroom is configured with a v-berth. There is a locker to port and shelves alongthe hull side.
Aft and to starboard is the bunk room. Storage is available beneath the bunks and also in ahanging locker adjacent to the cabin in the passageway.
The galley is to port in the salon. The straight counter along the side of the hull gives goodworking space. Forward is a two bin sink with lockers and drawers below. Just aft is the stove witha stainless crash bar. Aft of the stove is a large top loading refrigeration compartment. Additionallockers are located above the counter.
Opposite the galley is a U-shaped settee surrounding a large fixed table. There is an additionalseat inboard. A navigation table is at the aft end of the settee to starboard.
There are two head compartments to port and starboard adjacent to the companionway. Eachhave integral showers and Jabsco manual heads.
Two nearly identical quarter cabins round out the interior accommodations. There are handinglockers forward. The starboard quarter cabin has ensuite access to the starboard head.

Deck and Hull
The hull of the Oceanis 43 is built in solid fiberglass with a internal structural pan grid. The ballastkeel is iron. Her deck is constructed of fiberglass and balsa core. Her hull features a molded covestripe and a blue boot stripe with blue bottom paint. A teak toe rail and stainless stanchions withdouble lifelines surround the deck. There are boarding gates to port and starboard and a walkthrough transom aft. A custom arch supports solar panels, wind generator and dinghy davits. Twinhelms allow easy access from the swimstep forward through the cockpit. A fixed drop leaf tablestands at the center of the cockpit.
