2 Definition of relevant indicators and collection of data
3Identification of strengths and weaknesses of each country through benchmarking
4Understanding and interpreting the differences between countries
5Draw conclusions on the best practices and successful factors and suggest recommendations to each country
6Present the results of the study to the ten countries

What is Benchmarking?
Systematic search of best practices, innovative ideas and highlyeffective operating procedures that lead to superior performancestudy
In this sense, Benchmarking is the first step to learn from theresults obtained by others "in the same class."
The comparison allowed to identify the similarities anddifferences between countries, not only on the number ofcrashes and casualties, but also on the factors, circumstancesand events that influence the risk of a crash and the severity ofits outcome.
