BIL Healthcare Installation & Assembly Process… Assembly of Crash Carts, Wheel Chairs, Shelving - Performed at the Warehouse.

Items are labeled, pad wrapped and delivered to the site intact for final placement.

Beds, Stretchers, Mayo Stands, Stainless Products - Prepped at BIL’s Warehouse, labeled, pad wrapped and shipped to site in placement ready position.

Typical Mock Ups – Blue painter’s tape labels are placed in typical rooms showing locations and elevations of all O/O Scopes, BP Units, Sharps, Glove Box Holders, White Boards, Art, etc for preliminary review by Design & Construction, Facilities and Nurse Managers.

Typical Model – BIL Installers anchor all wall mounted items per the plan for final approvals. Anchoring devices are agreed upon by the Design & Construction, Facilities representative.

Installation Roll Out – BIL Installers then install every room per the Typical, seeking guidance for exceptions.
