Maersk Oil needed to rapidly develop a new cross-functional team to deliver a multi-billion dollar project. It was vital that the team worked seamlessly together to achieve this project effectively from the start to avoid costly delays and errors. RRI designed and delivered a three-day course which simulated a customised oil & gas challenge for the 20 core team members. The course delivered practical learning tools for communication and planning in a complex environment and significantly developed working relationships in the group.
