•Clarity on what we want to achieve and WHY.•How to Communicate it to my team. •Do my teams have – team Goals (Product –segment – peak) – Individual Goals ? Do they know it ? How will I track them?•Are my teams ready and on time ? Do they have all training and knowledge needed – if not –where and how to get them ?•What do I need to track ? How often ? Set expectations with TMs & VPs.•Where do I need support ? Who can provide it to me ?
