Skillfully craed in the style of Klsch beers of Cologne, Germany. Whilst similar

to pilsner, the use of ale yeast gives a subdued fruiness, a perfect combinaon

to the crispness of the wheat and malness of the Munich malt used. A lighter

brew with cra beer complexity.

In the 1700s one cray brewer discovered that a healthy dose of hops and an

increased alcohol content preserved his ales during the long voyage to India..

Today, we p our hat to that historic innovaon, with an IPA bursng with a

Descripon:

This beauful, deep russet brew has the sweet and somewhat nuy character of

Adam Averys late (1992-2002) Chocolate Lab, for which it is named. Crystal and

chocolate malts give this beer a brown sugar malness with hints of vanilla and

nuts, while subtle hopping gives it an incredible overall drinkability.

At the height of the heat in the heart of the summer, we felt the only cure was a

raging mouthful of fresh hops and malt. Cauon: May remove enamel from teeth.

Anvil ESB Ale was the rst beer produced when the brewery opened, and remains

our agship ale. Bright copper coloured with light tan head. Malty, slightly hoppy

aroma. Caramel and malty avors with a perfect balance of imported English

Bright golden hued ale of medium body with a spicy and oral hop character. The

Maler, hoppier and stronger than regular IPAs, Steel Head IPA is dry hopped with

Amarillo hops for a fresh citrus avor and aroma. Goes great with red meats and

Sunset is a rich light copper India Pale Ale that features the nest spicy oral dry

Mighty Arrow Pale Ale provides lots of pleasurable snis from Amarillo and

Cascade hops with a fetching honey malt base. This is our brewed tribute to

Arrow, Kims Aussie/Border Collie mix who ran (literally) New Belgium for 12

years. She never met a tummy rub she didnt like. Aa girl Arrow.

This clear amber beauty bursts at the starng gate with an abundance of hops:

Cascade (citrus), Chinook (oral/citrus), and Simcoe (fruity) lead o the beer,

with Cascade added again for an intense dry hop avor. Brewed with pale and

dark caramel malts that harmonise the hop avor from start to nish, Ranger is a

sessionable splendor for all you hopinistas.

Style: Belgian IPA

Descripon:

We carefully selected a Belgian yeast strain that illuminates a fascinang new

aspect of the beer that is otherwise quite simply Stone IPA. The result is both

completely new and dierent, while sll being recognisable as a Stone brewand

Stone IPA in parcular. Think of it as an otherwise idencal twin to Stone IPA that

was raised in a Belgian culture. Literally.

SublimelySelf Righteous

Style: Classied

Descripon:Were brewers whose substanal mele and idiomac approach to brewing

allows us to consistently create works of art such as this jusably self-righteous

ale. Its bierness hits our sweet spot. Its blackness lightens our hearts. Its liquid

dichotomy pulls it all together in this sublimely sacrosanct ale.
