The DealTap Difference

Technology based on HTML 5 which is the universal language for the web.

Does not use PDFs as a deal vehicle because they are static and difficult to amend.

Uses HTML 5 especially for change tracking & negotiation.

However you can export the deals out of DealTap in PDF format.
