Project Controls Institute have developed a unique approach to deliver ACostE’ s Enrolled Cost Engineer (ECostE) accreditation. Our approach includes, candidate induction, finalization of NUA’s, develop training plan, deliver training (Classroom/Blended), internal assessments, mentoring, mock exams, Competency testing (Multiple Choice Question) and awarding Enrolled Cost Engineer accreditation via ACostE.
This approach develops competency and creates an environment that enables it to attract, develop and retain individuals who can contribute towards the business objectives. For an overall road map, please refer to Annexure 1 on page 3.
PCI Route:
Training on 10 National Units of Assessment (NUA’s) + Competency testing (MCQ)
Normal ACostE Eligibility Requirements: Indicative Experience: 2 to 4 years Entry Level: 15 NUAs
Project Controls Institute have developed a unique approach to deliver ACostE’ s Registered Cost Engineer (RCostE) accreditation. Our approach includes, candidate induction, finalization of NUA’s, develop training plan, deliver training (Classroom/Blended), internal assessments, mentoring, mock exams, Competency testing (MCQ + Case study) and awarding Registered Cost Engineer accreditation via ACostE.
This approach develops competency and creates an environment that enables it to attract, develop and retain individuals who can contribute towards the business objectives. For an overall road map, please refer to Annexure 2 on page 4.

Entry Level: 20 NUAs + Professional Interview + Inc Questionnaire

3.4 Certified Professional (CPCostE)
ACostE Eligibility Requirements:
Indicative Experience: 6 to 8 years
Entry Level: 25 NUAs + Professional Interview + Certified Professional Level Benchmarking Questionnaire
Incremental Level: ICostE + 5 Differentiated NUAs or Experience at a Senior level with a Practice Paper + Certified Professional Level Benchmarking Questionnaire + Professional Interview
