DANTES currently funds the $80 CLEP ® exam fee for all eligible military service members, eligible spouses, and civil service employees at all CLEP test centers. At fully funded test centers, DANTES, through the CLEP program, also funds an administrative fee for those eligible test-takers. Test centers that participate in the Fully Funded Test Center Initiative agree to forgo the administrative fee and receive a $25 reimbursement for each eligible test-taker.
