We are getting set for our first weekend trip and we have 40 skiers signed up for the trip. If you haven’s made a decision about going, you better act fast because we are filling up fast. As of December 5 th we have to turn in rooms or pay for them so that is our deadline. We had a great time at the Quaker Steak & Lube Ski and Snow kickoff. Jane Lutz won our basket. It couldn’t have gone to a more deserving person. Jane was responsible for putting the baskets together and with the help of her friend Patty she did a great job. Thanks to all the BVSC members who came out to show their support. Be sure to come to the December meeting to pick up your candy. Money raised from the candy sale will help to subsidize our ski trips. We are still looking for someone to run a day trip. Anyone interested please let me know ASAP. Without trip leaders we can’t have trips. We are also looking forward to the Christmas party on Saturday, Decem- ber 8 th . The games are always a hit and there will definitely be dancing! We sure will miss him on the slopes and remember all the great times we had together on many ski trips. I believe Herbie is skiing the great ski resort in Heaven and watching down on us together with Lee.
