This app allows the user to register the goods receipt of external services (this process creates a good receipt PO of the created Purchase order, this goods receipt is for the Service).

This app is provided as an optional step that depends on the General parameter. The apps allows to report the material issue related to the external process.

Data Integration HubDIH: new functionality to link source to target table automatically

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: New button:"Automatch".When pressing this button, the system attempts to link the source table to the target table automatically.Therefore the system checks if the field name (or the description) matches the field in the target table.- If an entry is found, the field is automatically linked.- Fields that are already linked will not be changed or deleted.- Fields that are linked will be displayed in green.- Fields that are not linked will stay in black color.- Fields that are assigned more than once, will be shown in red.- Fields with a "_" in the name also can be matched.import_fields_browse.psr

Data Integration HubGet Excel templates for import definitions with a new button

By clicking on the Open HUB templates button, you can access the folder with Excel templates for each table definition in Beas.

The first row in the Excel sheet stores the field ID, and the second one the necessary information related to a field -name, description, data type and possible values.Orange fields are mandatory.Blue fields are optional.

Note: Remember to delete the second row of the excel when you prepare the file for import

Data Integration HubDIH: Change log improvementSome objects were reviewed to store the Information imported through DIH in the Change log.The following areas are already done:- Resource, BEAS_APLATZ- Operation Catalog, BEAS_AG- Time receipts, BEAS_ARBZEIT- Work orders, BEAS_FTHAUPT (only changes, not new entries)- QC Inspection Plan, BEAS_QSARTIKELHAUPT- QC Inspection Plan - Measurement positions -BEAS_QSARTIKEL- Personnel / Employee, BEAS_PERS

The following areas use the change log from SAP:- Item- Business Partner, Contact information, Ship to and Bill Address

The following areas will save additional information in created SAP Document:- Time receipt: created Work order issue and receipt documents- transaction plan lines (Work order, BoM, manual receipt/issues)

In the field "Program" we can see when changes come from Data Integration HUB

*We will continue the revision of the remaining objects in the next version.

Data Integration HubDIH: Add missing fields and general review

We have added missing fields in the Data integration hub and have been carrying out a major, general review of all Beas tables.So far, we have reviewed and updated correct namings of fields in the following Beas tables:

Data Integration HubDIH: Improvement in DSN external connections

The Data Integration Hub (a.k.a. DIH) allows you to use an external database as the source for the import, using an ODBC connection.But after the scenario is created and reopened again, the buttons preview and reload file do not work because the "DSN" was not read for Beas.

NEW: External connections in DIH can now be reloaded in real-time.

Quality ControlQC Transfer: Document type "Inventory Transfer Request" is available in desktop and QC WebApps 2.1

Document type "Inventory Transfer Request" added to QC Transfer window, it works in the same way as the regular "Transfer to warehouse" but it doesn't support bin located warehouse.Bin-location warehouses are excluded from the dropdown when you select this option.

*Note: this option is hidden when the source warehouse is a bin located warehouse.

The web app "QC Transfer" has been updated also to support this type of document with the same restrictions as the desktop version:- unable to select the document type "Transfer Request" if the source warehouse is bin located (Dropdown is turned red and you can't continue)- hidden all bin located target warehouses (and not manually selectable)

SystemCrystal viewer

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: BeasService now stops "Boyum.CrystalViewer" when service is started or stopped.

When Boyum.Crystalviewer process is started from the service, a dependency between these 2 processes is generated. This means that when "BeasService" is restarted, the boyum.crystalviewer process must be restarted as well.With the new functionality, BeasService manages this logic internally, and "Boyum.Crystalviewer" is stopped automatically by the beasService process.

SystemDIH: Change log improvement

NEW:To align with SAP terminology, we changed "Activity Log" to "Change Log".In Change log window- Window settings and templates are supported.- New fields: Program, Application, Work station name, Beas Version, Personnel ID and -Name

About the changes in the Buttons and toolbar:

Search, New or Delete buttons will not be available on the bottom buttons however all these options are accessible from the right-click button or using the toolbar.

A parameter was enabled to switch back to the old model although we would like to encourage you to use the default value of the parameter: SAP style.

Consider that if you have customizations associated with these buttons, they can be affected by this change.
