ROLE OF LEADERSHIP

• Crisis Management Plan owned by Exco• Participate in crisis scenario rehearsals• Fund BCM programme and resources• Declare emergency situation• Mandate emergency team lead• Manage crisis communication

ROLE OF STAFF AND CONTRACTORS

• Know how to report and escalate incidents• Understand consequences of social media• Know the media policy• Know their roles in BC & Recovery plans• Understand information classification• Attend emergency meetings

to drive the emergency situation

RESILIENCE CHECKS• BCMS is in place• Crisis communication is defined• Media policy states who can talk to press• Leadership is prepared• BaU VS ‘emergency mode’ is understood• Contingency funds and Insurance in place• Supply chain contingencies are in place
