1. Choose vendor – GeoTrust, DigiCert, VeriSign, GlobalSign, etc.

2. Ask UC to generate CSR from the load balancers

3. Forward the CSR to your preferred vendor

4. Send certificate to UC

5. UC installs the certificate on the load balancers

6. Configure SSL Choice in System Admin

• NOTE: Self-signed certificates are fine for LDAP, but discouraged for the Bb web site itself.
