We are pleased to announce that you will soon be able to view and manage your Perks account online. Your point balance and contact information will be transferred to our new system. New membership cards will be mailed sometime in early Spring of 2017. You will now be able to earn and redeem points with your membership card! We will send you instructions on how to log in and create your own unique password and activate your new card. New membership cards will be sent to the primary member on the account. The primary member’s card will have the ability to both earn points and redeem rewards. The secondary member on the account can pick up a card in person at the Perks office. The secondary member’s card will have the ability to earn points only. Since your new primary membership card is also a gift card, there is a phone number and web address on the back of the card that you may contact to inquire about the credit balance on your card. You may redeem your Perks rewards at our participating Perks Club locations just as you redeemed your “paper” Perks certificates. We will no longer print and mail Perks certificates. We will continue to accept the current Perks certificates until the expiration date listed on the certificate. Your renewal reminder will be emailed to you and you will have the ability to pay your renewal fee online. New members will be directed to the Perks website where they enroll and pay their membership fee. The current point reward system of 10 points for every $1.00 spent (not including tax, tip or Bavarian Inn Play cards) will remain the same. Each time a you earn 2000 points, the value of the earned Perks reward of $20.00 will be loaded to your membership card within 72 hours. The birthday meal benefit available through Bavarian Inn Restaurant for both the primary and secondary member will continue to be an important feature of the Perks Club. The coupon will be emailed to the primary member with the same terms and conditions as in the past. Programmers are working now behind the scenes to make our exciting changes happen. Our “go live” date will be announced closer to the end of the year. You will see a new look to the Perks membership/gift card as we will need to issue new cards to our 24,000 accounts. When we go live with our new online features, your old Perks card and existing 6 digit account number will become inactive. We are excited for the rebranding of the Perks Club and the new features we will now be able to offer our members. There will be more detailed information released as we finalize plans.
